Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KlugerTek License Manager and related services (the "Service"). By accessing the Service or issuing, managing, or validating licenses through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

Staff accounts are provisioned by KlugerTek and are personal to the individual to whom they are issued. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or revoke access at any time where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Licenses and entitlements

The Service generates and manages software licenses for KlugerTek commercial products. A license is a legal artifact recording an entitlement; activations represent deployments of that entitlement. License keys, signed entitlements, and activation data are confidential and may only be used for their intended product and customer. Reverse engineering, tampering with signatures, or circumventing license validation is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access data or licenses outside the scope of your role and product assignment;
• attempt to defeat tenant isolation, authorization, or audit controls;
• introduce malware, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Where the Service is used to manage paid subscriptions, fees, billing intervals, and currencies are as recorded on each subscription. Manual payments are recognized only when confirmed by an authorized operator. We are not responsible for third-party payment gateway availability or fees.

6. Audit and monitoring

Actions taken in the Service — including authentication, license issuance and revocation, configuration changes, and sensitive reads — are recorded in an append-only audit trail for security, compliance, and traceability. You consent to this logging.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, KlugerTek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
